Exchange and Return Process

- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the next steps.
- Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items.
- For defective or incorrect products, Gents Hunter will cover the return shipping costs.
- Exchange or Refund:
- Exchanges will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to process.
Non-Exchangeable and Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or altered in any way.
- Products purchased on clearance or as part of a final sale.
